As Professional Home Stagers, we give our clients professional advice on how best to showcase their home for sale, making sure that our clients completely understand the staging process and are effective in implementing the staging plan. We understand and recognize the transitional circumstances of our clients and implement creative ideas that effectively attract buyers. We are committed to providing the highest level of service and ensuring client satisfaction.
SERVICES MENU
STAGING CONSULTATIONS
- We will start with a detailed phone consultation to understand your staging needs and make an appointment to tour your home and will provide you with recommended furniture arrangement, advice on how to declutter and depersonalize your home, guide you with accessory arrangement, give recommendations for creating curb appeal and will provide you with a shopping list of accessories if needed. We will provide you with a personalized report with detailed instructions to ensure that you optimize the return on the sale of your home. This service is perfect for the "do-it-yourself" seller.
HALF/FULL DAY STAGING
- We assess your needs and schedule a time to come to your home and work with you to start staging the main areas of your home including organizational strategies, furniture placement and accessory design. If time permits, we can also focus on other key areas of the home so that your home is show ready! We will create beautiful "after" pictures of your staged rooms.
VACANT STAGING
- 90% of buyers will shop for their home online before making any appointment to physically step foot into a home, and only 10% of buyers can visualize the potential of a home. The cost of vacancy is much more than the cost of vacant staging, and we believe that staging vacant home is a must in getting the best and highest returns possible on a sale. We will provide the home with beautiful furnishings, artwork and accessories to create the "at home feel" for prospective buyers.
REDESIGN SERVICES
- We will start with a thorough phone consultation to discuss the areas of your home or office that need to be transformed, your design goals, your budget, and then get to work on converting your design goals into reality!
E-DESIGN SERVICES
- This service includes a detailed phone consultation where we will discuss your desired design style and color preferences and then we will get to work on creating a custom color palette, inspiration room and concept board for you that includes a master shopping list with clickable links so that you can purchase your desired items and put your new room design into motion!
SHOPPING
- If shopping for home decor is not your specialty, we can discuss your budget and provide you with help in purchasing furniture, home decor and accents that will create a gorgeous look to your home and give you a beautiful, personalized look and relaxing feel to your home.
